The first engagement is intentionally simple. We get one useful system running properly. Then you decide whether anything else is worth building around it.

What this is — and isn’t.

Ownership is not automatically better. The right answer depends on software maturity, operating cost, security requirements, internal capability and the continuing value the SaaS vendor creates.

Is this trying to replace all SaaS?

No. Many SaaS products are absolutely worth paying for. We focus only on utilities where mature open-source software and straightforward infrastructure make ownership sensible.

Do we need an internal technology team?

No. That is part of the point. We handle the deployment and configuration, provide a structured handover, and can separately provide support if you want it.

Who owns the system?

Your organization controls the infrastructure, data, administrator access and deployment. Open-source licence terms continue to apply to the underlying software.

What if we need custom workflows?

Those can be scoped as separate short engineering projects — integrations, automations, AI processing, reporting or organization-specific workflows.

What happens after handover?

You can operate it yourself, call us when required, or choose a separate support arrangement. The support relationship does not need to determine your ownership of the system.
